Casa Jaume is a spacious and beautifully furnished house that mixes both traditional and modern. Located in a quiet street in the centre of Pollensa, it is 2-minute walk away from the main square, surrounded by a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants. The house features 2 terraces with views, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms distributed on two floors, a spacious air-conditioned living room and 2 bathrooms. The house is fully equipped with Wi-Fi and television.

For clients visiting in the colder months, the air conditioning units in the bedrooms and living room also act as heaters and there are heaters in the toilets and bedrooms.

The house is to be booked on a full calendar month basis only.

Les Estades

Villa “Les Estades” is a spacious and beautifully furnished villa that mixes both traditional and modern, located in 7,000 m2 of private grounds in lush, quiet countryside 25 minutes walk from Puerto Pollensa. The villa features multiple exterior living spaces, a spacious living room and dining room, well equipped kitchen and 3 bedrooms with air conditioning. There is wifi throughout the house and terraces, UK terrestrial television, a 42 inch TV, iPad, DVD Player, PS4 with games, Bluetooth speaker, Table tennis, Lego and boardgames. Outdoors there are multiple places for relaxing; under the shaded dining and lounging terraces, by the pool, by the shaded BBQ area. The pool has Roman steps and measures 4x8m.

Flexible arrival days October to May. Saturday arrivals June to September.

Casa Marti

Casa Marti is a homely and traditional house located between Puerto Pollensa and Pollensa. It is a 25 minute walk into Puerto Pollensa and a brief cycle ride to the old market town (4km). The cottage is enclosed within a large, private garden which has a swimming pool with roman steps, barbecue and a spacious, sheltered area for outdoor dining and relaxing in the shade. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms and air conditioning units. The property also features WIFI internet, UK terrestrial television, an iPad, DVD Player, PS4 with games, Bluetooth Speaker, Lego and boardgames.

For clients visiting in the colder months, the air conditioning units in the bedrooms also act as heaters and there are electric heaters for the living room and kitchen.
